STATION OF ANCHOVIS DE SANTONA
 
This is the production of one of the most precious foods of Spanish gastronomy, the Cantabrian anchovy.
This food station will draw attention due to its exclusive and original staging

 

Including:

  • 3 anchovies per person (great coastal selection of Santoña)
  • 1 authentic Soñadora de Santoña, that will clean the anchovies live (included for more than 100 people)
  • Displacement of sobadora from Santoña (included for more than 100 people)
  • 1 service person for every 100 guests

GALLEGO OCTOPUS STATION
 
The service of Pulpeira consists of cooking live “octopus to feira” in the purest Galician traditional style. Offering our clients the possibliity to enjoy not only the tasting of an excellent product, but also the “gastronomic spectable” of the live cooking.
